Why are we even going through this process? What possible bureaucratic excuse are you people using to justify even a moment of hesitation to rid us of this horrible experiment into volitility Hell?
What am I thinking? Of course, if you didn't even notice the $50 Billion that Barry Madoff was skimming off the top for 20 years, why would I expect you to notice the destruction of individual investors, by high powered speculators that drive one company after another into oblivion out of shear volume and no checks in their trades.
