It is vital to reinstate and rigidly enforce the Uptick Rule to re-establish fairness and to prevent short sellers from damaging the capital formation of a stock as they are now doing.
Naked Short Selling must also be banned and actively enforced.
Great damage to many stocks has already been done by Short Sellers during the past year. The evidence of it is plain to see.
Action must be taken immediatley.
