Dear SEC Members:
Both myself and my husband are just ordinary investors who have lost a lot of money in the market. We feel we were at a tremendous disadvantage due to the SEC not inforcing the uptick rule. Return the uptick rule so that people like us can invest for our future without being destroyed by large hedge funds.
