By not having the up tic rule in your are favoring hedge funds and big money people over small investors. I'm a small investor with our retirement money. I believe that goverment is protecting goverment pensions by not having the up tick rule in place. many goverment pensions have hedge funds there invested in,(big ones) a they will take a stock to the ground and kill a company, employes, and investors. the up tick rule also has to aplly not only to stocks but etf's as well. i'm just a small voice, but you have to make the playing field fair to all. please stop favoring big money people make a fair market for all. Please don't do what chris Cox did and turn your back. Wall street is the back bone of america and we will go to the ground hard, and THEN WHAT
