Ladies/Gentlemen:
I'm retired and a comparatively small investor in the stock markets, who recently experienced price declines primarily caused by the unbridled short selling debacle. Please reinstate the old uptick rule or a reasonable rule that will protect investors in my class. And vigorously enforce restrictions against naked short-selling.
