I purchase stock as an investment not as a bet at the crap table.How can you sell anything that you don't own? IMO stop short selling.I know that is almost impossible,so at least reinstate the uptick rule.It's the responsibility of government to enforce the law of the land,ENFORCE ALL LAWS ENVOLVING NAKED SHORTING.I've watched as one of my investments ONT,has been manipulated over the past two years up and down so that big money can make a killing.If the average American feels he can't get a fair shake investing in the market then we will find an alternative.
