I am submitting this request that the uptick rule be re-instated so that the individual investor has a chance to be successful in the stock market. Hedge funds have abused this to the extent that individuals are being severely harmed in their attempt to be successful traders.
Also, I want the naked shorts completely stopped. This, combined with the lack of an uptick rule makes it even harder for an individual to have a reasonable chance against the hedge funds.
