I started investing for the first time in August of 2008. I was devastated at how much one group of people could impact the market without justification. Thanks to Jim Cramer of Mad Money I started to learn the rules of how the Hedge Fund managers think and was able to start avoiding the bleeding.

The uptick rule should be reinstated. After the crash of the great depression this rule was put in place for a good reason. For over 70 years the rule worked without issues. Why would anyone fix a working system except to profit from it? There should be no modification of the current rule just an abandonment of it and reinstate what was taken away in 2007. The next rule should be that no one can ever change the rule again to pr0tect our grand children.
