I urge you to reinstate the uptick rule. The abuse being experienced without this governor, has been devastating to many companies stock without merit and many investors have been damaged financially for no other reason than unjustified manipulation and it must stop.
We the retail buyer of stocks will be very grateful if you reinstate this rule which will help "level the playing field".
