To whom it may concern:
Please reinstate the uptick rule. This method worked very well for a long time and I personally don't see a reason for not fully reinstating this rule in its original form. We have seen the devastation the removal of this rule has caused companies and we the people. Please also enforce the ban on naked short selling. If you don't own the shares and haven't borrowed them how can you sell them?
