The average Joe does not stand a chance in today's markets. The SEC has turned a blind eye to all the naked shorting, Hedge Fund maniplutation, etc. The corruption is so rampant that it's almost a joke. I feel that those in charge of regulating the markets have been "captured"
As a start to fixing the problems - please, reinstate the uptick rule.
