We ABSOLUTELY NEED a permanent uptick rule that controls the short selling that was a large factor in causing last year's market crash. If this is not put in place I will get 100% out of the market and advise everyone else to do the same. Short sellers are not investors in America. Uncontrolled short selling makes the stock market a SCAM. Lets get back to the stock market as INVESTING
