Please reinstate the uptick rule as naked short selling has done nothing but make the last few years much worse as it exacerbated the problems that have currently existed. Many ETF's over the last 6-9 months cause the market to have wild swings that it is very apparent to a normal buy and hold investor that something else is creating these very wild rides in the market. These wild rides cause many normal investors to hesitate placing money in the markets. This is creating a very bad situation.
