Eliminate 401K's.
No mandatory contributions to 401k's for employees.
Find another barometer to gauge the performances of corporations/ industry/ publicly held businesses.It should not be the Dow. The focus of the entire country is on the Dow because everyone has been looped into 401k's.
Presently 401k's have benefited the corporations by exploding the investments in stocks. The stock market is no more than a gamblind den totally out of control of the ordinary investor.
This needs to stop to prevent further harm to the public.
