-The up tick rule needs to be reinstated. The Short interest during this very volitile time have over taken companies and tore down years of families 401K's,pension funds and retirement plans. This is very unfair to those who have no control of their money and the know how to
combat the practice of naked short selling. It left all those who were hoping to retire soon to put that off because alot of their money has been lost. Its called greed and democrat partisian, and thats what got us in this mess we are in now.
