Please level the playing field for all investors by reinstating the uptick rule. The current rules enable hedge funds to bang down a stock for their own gain, and can create a self-fullfiling prophecy of failure. Many of our financial companies just averted bankruptcy a few monts ago due to no uptick rule. Also, please, please enforce the rule of borrowing a security when it is shorted.
