I am happy to hear that the SEC is looking into reinstating the "Uptick Rule" and I encourage that this happen immediately.
I also detest the "Naked Short Selling" and think that it needs to be abolished. Selling something you do not own would be viewed as profitting from theft in most other areas of the society.
Remember, we small investors and traders make up a significant share of the total market, and as such feel that currently the rules are stacked against us
