I am a retail investor, small, but yet an investor. The American dream of finance and capitalizm was never intended for a hand full of ultra rich who because of their financial strength manipulate and hold the market and smaller investors like myself captive and/or at bay. We must protect our great system from greedy and self interest mongers.
I urge the Commission to act to bring back trust for what the SEC represents and promote market integrity and capital formation. Please help uphold free and fair markets for all americans. I wholly support the re-implementation of the Uptick Rule not only in form, but in substance, as it best balances the interests of all market participants.
