Naked short selling is CRIMINAL. The SEC has been an enabler of CRININAL BEHAVOR. Naked short selling gives the big boys an extremely bad advantage against the retail investor and those attempting to save for retirement. This is not a level playing field. You should also reinstitute the UPTIC RULE.
The SEC has a reputation of ineptness . Do something to clean your reputation. Do something to protect the public against the hedge funds. DO YOUR JOB
