The Uptick Rule served us well for seventy years prior to it's repeal under that political hack Chris Cox.
REINSTATE THE UPTICK RULE NOW because the Wall Street sharpies are just waiting for another opportuity to pound bank stocks into the ground, thereby severly imapiring their ability to raise capital if needed.
