Please do control naked sort selling. We have seen so much turmoil in our economy based on transactions of these types instruments. Triple shorting is not in the interests of our present circumstance.
In my humble opinion, there just hasn't not been enough gov't regulation, and for this reason we are in a pickle and so many people are out of work.
