Short selling performs a healthy bearish function to the market.
Naked short selling is bordering on some Great Wallstreet Scam (GWS).
While you're at it, get real with your marijuana laws. On that matter, it's embarrassing to share a border with you.
Oh ya, and I hope your entire SEC staff was replaced since the unfathomable mishandling of the Madoff affair. I tape drywall for a living, hire me -- I'm confident I could do a better job
