The elimination of the uptick rule has been brutal since it has dropped in Summer of 2007. It seems that instantly, the daily swings became massive. It has been painful watching my stocks go down the drain. Please reinstate the up tick rule and stop the ETF's that take advantage of no up tick rule or sales on margins. This is my only retirement savings that is at stake.
