Mary, Mary, Mary, I don't see many folks actually in favor of shortselling in the comments so far.
Perhaps the SEC has those hidden from the public, Mary?
Get real and stop the 60-day 'let's talk about it' BS.
Implement the uptick now and get rid of shorting in general and naked shorting in particular.
None of this 'circuit-breaker' crap either. No, Mary, companies shouldn't go down 10% in a day. That's not normal.
Unless you wish to continue to destroy the economy.
