Dear SEC,
Here are a few things you need to do to restore American’s confidence in the financial systems:
1. Completely clear out the FTD shares (Failed to delivery shares), force naked shorts buy their naked positions back
2. Jail all illegal naked shorting fund managers, regardless he is Billionaire or whatever, and make it 100% public;
3. Make all funds return their illegal income from naked shorting.
4. As shorting dilute shares, shorting should be banned.

Do something, not just watching. 6 month is way too long!
