Restore the Up-tick rule. If the up-tick rule had little influence on the market then what would it hurt?

In my opinion, it's not a coincidence that the commodities market, housing and stock market all sky rocketed after the Glass-Steagall Act was replaced by the Modernization Act in 1999, under the guise of "deregulation". Then at the very height of the "bubble" in real estate, the up-tick rule was removed.

Are you kidding? Brilliant job. Ride em cowboy. Suck the money out of all the 401 k's and retirement funds and then run the stock market into the ground on the flip side.

Be the leader you know you can be. Stand up to the influence. When you do you'll be surprised how they will crumble before you.

People are hurting. You guys went too far this time. It's time to step up to the plate and do the right thing again.

Respectfully yours,
Buddy Mix
