Gentlemen/Mesdames,
As an individual investor, in my seventies with a large portion of our retirement savings in the stock market, I urge strong action by the SEC to curb short sellers by: (1) restoring the uptick rule and (2) stop naked short selling. This I believe will help restore market stability and confidence.
