Please reinstate the Up-Tick rule to help prevent short sellers from driving the market downward without any checks. It is my understanding the Up-Tick rule was thrown out after studying the affect it would have had on the market in 2005. If there is some concern about reinstating this rule, I suggest a similar study be run on the market for the 2007 and 2008 markets.
