Sec "voting on up tic rule'
My wife and I are in favor of reinstating the up tic rule. Why would we not want to have the same rule that was place for the last 38 years? WE are long time investers planning for our retirement.Not short sellers that only benifit the FEW.
I trust that you will vote to leave the rule for GOOD!!!
