PLEASE REINSTATE THE UPTICK RULE. IT WORKED.
For goodness sakes, we had no problems with "pig-piles" before the UPTICK rule was eliminated. Without the rule inplace, the speculators drove weak stocks down WAY BELOW THEIR TRUE VALUE and caused $ billions in losses for REAL INVESTORS.
The speculators can give you a million reasons not to reinstate the rule, but they are the greedy ones who caused the "meltdown" in the first place.
Eliminate all short and ultra-short ETFs.
