I think that the system of checks and balances which should render these type of injustices unlawful has been castrated. The people who perpetrate these crimes should receive just that for justice- they need to go to jail along with all the people who orchestrated the demise of our economy.
The naked short selling is just one more prime example of how greed has corrupted to the point that they no longer care who gets hurt as long as they get rich. They are destroying any faith people have in our socio/political/economic system are greatly contributing the coming downfall.
Do not allow these injustices to continue....we must be able to have a level playing field for all involved in investing.
White collar crime is proving more detrimental to our world than robbing a bank- and they do it so blatantly they may as well be flipping us off.
