TO WHOM MAY HAVE THE GUTS TO REGULATE:
End all this ludicrous debating The solution, as all people in the markets know, is T+0 ... settle the trade that day. Short sell if you want to, just SECURE THE SHARES before you do.
To date you have not upheld the laws. Last time I checked, FRAUD was illegal ... ie selling of counterfeit shares, or NSS (Naked Short Selling as you chumps like to call it.) Before the SEC existed, and was formed to rid this very same problem, NSS was called "Watering Down the Stock".
ANYWAY YOU LOOK AT IT, IT IS FRAUD
NSS is a euphemism to hide the truth. Change NSS to CSS (counterfeit short selling) ... let's be truthful here
So end the debate, save everyone's PRECIOUS dimes and goto T+0, not T+13 like the Market Makers and Brokerages scam everyone with by flipping FTDs to each other over and over and over.
Oh and here is a real simple solution as well:
