Please reinstate the uptick rule and do away with naked short selling so private investors can compete on a more level playing field with the rest of Wall Street. It is unfair that those of us trying to manage our own cash and 401K accounts do not operate under the same rules as hedge funds and large banks.
These practices might look and work great on paper but we need protection from the human equation.
