I want to support the uptick rule. I am an individual investor. Because many of the workers do not have pensions, the 401K, 403B, and IRA plans must be used by individual workers. My fellow individual investors and I must struggle with a cadre of professional traders who presently are able to control the stock market by unlimited and unregulated short selling. Please bring back the uptick rule as a help for individual investors.
