Please demistify short selling and REinstate the previous UPTIC rule that was allowed to expire and allowed "gambling" with middle class retirement funds.
If it doesnt get reinstated in its pure form then all Obama's programs are for nothing. Sincerly
a middle class investor who was fleeced by naked short sellers.
