Chairman Schapiro:
We individual investors need your help to stop stock manipulations by reinstating the uptick rule. It doesn't need fixing...it simply needs to be reinstated. The naked short sellers are without a doubt a major contributor to the manipulation of stocks and that hurts us. Please bring back accountablility and control.
