Please bring back the uptick rule to stop short sellers from destroying companies which is destroying the USA. I don't trust the stock market after the SEC removed the one uptick rule. I don't trust the stock market after the SEC approved all these new ETF (i.e. double short). The mistake of the past administration needs to be corrected. The one uptick rule prevented many market crashes from 1940 thru 2001.
