I strongly believe that the uptick rule should be reinstated in its orginal form in order to eliminate the undue manipulation of securities. Individual investors are at a great disadvantage by the ramapant short selling allowed by the lack of the uptick rule. Please reinstate the uptick rule in its original form and not some watered-down version.
