SEC - I was happy to learn that this issue was being reviewed and analyzed. What we lived through (still may be living through) last year was something I do not want to live through again.
During my career I can not recall a more trubulant market then what we saw in the fall of 2008. I believe that the establishment of the uptick rule (not a modified uptick rule) will help prevent enormous price swings of quality companies because of rumors and fear. This step will help bring back the intergrity of the market for investors (which is much different then speculators)
I would also like the SEC to look into Leveraged ETF trading both inverse and levered.
