Please enforce the rules already in place.
I believe SHO has T+3 for settlement.
To do better make it T+0 as some other countries.
Stop this illegal practice of Naked Short Shares.
In fact you should stop calling them NSS when they are in fact counterfit shares.
Bring back the uptick rule but change it to it must go up by $0.05 this will elimenate most problems in penny stocks,
