I have never shorted a stock in my life and proud of it. I think, for most investors they really do not want to short a stock. They rather make money the legitimate way by buying a stock for the long term and profit because the company made money. I think it is too easy to short a stock because of rumors and alleged facts, which happens all the time in this business. Too many Hedge Funds, Lobbist and special interest groups think they can and have manipulate the markets with this procedure. They have even gone so far to request the SEC to change the rules to favor a strategy for their own interest. This is only my opinion but one that I would like YOU to address and consider the retail side of the business that supports practices that are fair and are compliant to laws.
