(1) I strongly support the RETURN to a permanent uptick rule. It worked for more than fifty years. Put it back.
(2) I very strongly support ENFORCEMENT of the uptick rule. Hire sufficient new staff for the SEC to adequately do this.
(3) Hire professional stock traders to do this enforcement. Do NOT put academics with NO TRADING EXPERIENCE in charge of this
