I believe the uptick rule must be reinstated and naked short selling needs to be
outlawed. I've watched my parents nest egg nearly vanish due to market manipulation due to hedge funds and naked short sellers, and the subsequent loss of dividends, nearly zero rates on interest, and having to move money in hopes of protecting it in the event of bank closings, etc. PLEASE make trading fair for EVERYONE, and not just the "special interest groups on Wall Street" Also, the multi leverage ETF's need regulation and over seeing as well. I know I am only one voice, but when people can't trust the market, and don't or won't get "back in", much wealth creation will be lost which hurts not only individuals, but the nation as a whole.
