Dear Sir or Madam: Please bring back the UP-TICK rule. Stop the naked short selling. The omisson of and the non-enforcement of the above almost caused the failure of our financial markets. Also the double and triple ETF'S Such as SKF should be looked into. If nothing is done concerning the above, I know I will not participate in these markets.Thank You Bob Greway
