Bring back the "uptick rule" that the SEC wrongfully removed and made the stockmarket unfairly favor the short seller and large hedge funds.
Removal of this rule has made the stockmarket ALLOW small inverstors to loose money and bias in favor of large hedge funds.
There has been no SEC enforcement of this wrong doing and it has cost the taxpayers a great deal of tax bailout money.
The upticket rule must be brought back with a very solid framework and not watered down or the will be no confidence that the stockmarket is fair.
