I ask you as a member of a class of investors without single representation, please re-instate the "uptick rule".
The suspension of the "uptick rule" was an act by an SEC that was totally irresponsible to the average American investor like me. Following an unconscionable act like that, how can you expect us to have confidence in our financial regulators?
