Investor confidence is of the utmost importance Investment Professionals will always try to game the system and many will skirt the law when it is advantagous. The double short ETF's is a prime example of how they get around the short sell rules. Please put in the strictest short sell rules so these short sellers do not destroy the money I have spent my whole life getting together so that I can retire.......Thankyou so much for addressing this HUGE PROBLEM.
