The abolition of the up tick rule was just in my opinion
a way to give traders a piggy bank to go to whenever other
trades were not to their liking. It was absolutely criminal for Chris Cox to have done such a thing,however,
I am sure he was well paid for his dishonorable actions. The uptick rule should be immediately enacted and leave it
alone it has worked for a long time as a good circuit breaker and everyone could understand it. Do not try to
put some other trader recommended action or you will further destroy the credibility of the market. It has been
totally unfair to the ordinary investor, now put it back
and leave it alone. I have written several letters to you
previously as well as my congressmen, if I can figure it out here in Tennessee surely you can see how wrong it was.
