Per the Short Selling topic.Please stop arguing and discussing this topic to death. The rules that worked perfectly before should be re-instated(re: uptick). As I follow your press releases, I am getting the uneasy feeling that you are going let Wall Street "water down" your legislation and give themselves more freedom to manipulate the markets.
