You just need to reinstate the old uptick rule. We don't need a watered down version. The old uptick rule performed well from inception until the previous rule was discontinued. Cox should be prosecuted for his decisions. He certainly did not favor the average investor.
Also, stop the ultra-short ETFs and naked short selling.
I am age 71 and need the extra benefit of investment income but the market needs to be a level playing field for everyone not hedge funds and similar computerized methods of investments. Please do your job. Thank you. Donald Savage.
